We are open on Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm IST. However, we are 24*7 available on calls, so you may contact us by email or call anytime; being in this business for years now, we understand the project emergency and also adjust to work flexibly with foreign timings as per client’s needs.

How to assign project to you for quotation?
No hassle-free process, it’s very simple. You can go to our Contact Us page and fill up all information about your project. We will revert back to you as soon as possible with best price quote. We don't charge for quotation.
Are you familiar with project management system?
Yes, we are familiar with popular web based project management tools. We are flexible and quick learner of any project management system as per client’s need. And we also insist our every client to use one so that he can keep the track of work in progress while our team is working on their project.
What is your working method?

How can I get my project status?
We will update you as per milestone wise on our or your staging development server.
How can I share large files of project?
It’s very simple nothing complicated. You can share large size project files by using Dropbox, GoogleDrive, WeTransfer, OpenDrive or by simply uploading to your server.
May I communicate with Project Manager?
Of course, you can. Stay in touch with your project manager by Skype, Email, WhastApp, etc. You can also visit our office after a prior meeting scheduled.
Do you redesign the websites?
Yes, we work on already existing websited too. You can contact us whether you have dull web, non-responsive web or want to design as per latest world-class standards, we provide all kind of web redesigning services as well.
PAYMENT
Do you have Price List?
Price may vary as per project needs. Here is a basic pricing structure of some of our top selling services.
How you accept the payment?
We accept all international (out of India) payments through PayPal at paypal@dharmishi.com. We have easy Bank Transfer options for Indian customers.
How does your payment process work?
The project commence with 50% advance, the rest half you have to pay on project completion. For more than $2500 project, we split it in 3 phases. Also we transfer the website/project to your server after full payment is made.
Do you consider the charge on small changes?
Never. We are expert and we solve the small changes very quickly. But if the changes are time consuming and additional, then only we take small charges for it. Also, if regular maintenance and updates is required, you can always hire us again.
Shall I Pay for Stock Images, Paid Theme, Plugins & Licensees?
Yes. We provide you two options - either you can purchase and provide to us or we will purchase by asking you and will count in bill.
Do you have any Hidden Cost?
We do not charge any hidden cost. We are completely transparent and inform you about all costs in advanced. But still if see any more work is required we first ask you and then apply if you grant only.
ASSURANCE
Are you OK to sign NDA Agreement?
Yes. We are open to sign Non-Disclosure Agreement if required. We understand all professional rules & take care of it. It’s part of our professional relationship.
What kind of guarantee do you offer on my project order?
We take full guarantee of our unique work we provide. Firstly, we will display you draft work, if it is good to go, we will go ahead, if you don't like it, we will do revision as per your needs and again ask your feedback. We will keep improving it unless you like it.
Once you complete website design, who owns the Website?
We are dedicated to our valued clients. Once we receive the final payment, we grant you all access of your site and you will be 100% owner of your Website. We will make Zip of all the files available for you for download and give assurance of never use your work in other projects.
Do you provide support after completion of Project?
We believe in professional client relationship and client is everything for us. You can get one month free support (within work scope) after sign-off from our side. Also after that whenever you need our support we are available 24*7 feel free to call us or drop us an email.
What if I cancel project after making the payment?
You’re free to terminate the project if your plan has cancelled. In such case, we will charge only what we have done by that time. The rest amount will be refunded or deposited for next project.
