Our History

The idea of Dharmishi Technologies originated in the year 2011, when as a group of MCA students in Pune, Maharashtra, we started designing graphics and websites as freelancers for small businesses. It soon turned into a part-time profession when we started working with some bigger clients. By 2012, we had built 100+ websites and started creating our portfolio to show our work. Within that period, we also launched webgraphicdesigners.net and used it as our company profile. By the end of 2012, with all the knowledge we gained in our education, college competitions and freelancing experience, we felt confident enough to finally make it a full-time profession.

In 2013, we opted the name 'Dharmishi Technologies' and secured the domain name www.dharmishi.com. Dharmishi is really not any word in any spoken languages. The name is derived from a combination of the names of some of the important people in our family. Our initial portfolio at www.webgraphicdesigners.net went through many design changes and was finally dropped in 2014 when we launched our company's official website www.dharmishi.com.

After serving for 4 years in Pune, in 2015, with a mission to provide high quality digital marketing services to local businesses at low cost, we relocated ourselves to our hometown Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Realizing that there was no agency providing quality work in the city and local businesses were forced to hire designers from other cities, we aimed to help local businesses in the city to grow using our services like digital marketing, website development, graphic design, mobile app development, etc.

During our initial journey in Kanpur, besides working with local businesses, we also partnered with several marketing agencies across the globe. The marketing teams help us reach out to local businesses in USA, UK, Australia and other parts of the world. In 2019, we took some bigger steps to in making Dharmishi Technologies bigger and better and also registered ourselves under GST in 2020.

Now, in this brand new decade, with a team of 20+ hard working, committed and creative experts, we are ready to make Dharmishi bigger. We launched a brand new, fully revamped website on 14th January 2021 following the latest design trends. Get in touch with us to know more about us.
