Responsibilities:

• Design and create visually compelling website layouts and user interfaces.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, requirements, and target audience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to present design concepts.
• Develop website design concepts that align with clients' brand identity and industry standards.
• Select appropriate color palettes, fonts, and graphic elements to enhance the visual appeal of websites.
• Optimize designs for responsiveness, ensuring compatibility across different devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into websites.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven work experience as a Web Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
• Proficient in using design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approach.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent visual design skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in web design.
• Ability to adapt to evolving design trends and technologies.
