SBVP project launch took place at Essel Palace, Kanpur on 28th January 2018. The launch was successful and was done by Honorable Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Dr. Dinesh Sharma.
The event was a great success and a great opportunity for us. We got a chance to promote Dharmishi Technologies and our work and we anxiously took part in the event. We prepared a presentation to explain the features and functionality of the website.
The Web Development Project for Matrimony website of Sarv Brahman Vikas Parishad came to us as a coincidence. The treasurer at the community, Mr. Rishabh Dwivedi is one of the trainee at our training partner, W3Pro.in. He came to us with the information about the website. The base of the website was a matrimony portal being developed by some other agency in Kanpur. He told us how he and his community was worried about the completion. The official launch of the website was scheduled on 28th January with some respectable chief guests from Kanpur. It was less than a week left and when we looked at the website being developed, we were highly disappointed by realizing how all the money spent was being wasted.
We offered Rishabh a complete redo of the website from scratch. We promised him to deliver the complete functional website before the launch, which would obviously be followed by regular updates. Since he was out of any options, he readily agreed to our offer and we started on the project on priority.
The website was developed using WordPress with custom built plugins since we had very limited time. We were able to complete the website in time and the community chairman, Mr. Kamal Kishore Awasthi Ji was really happy with the outcome.
The SBVP Project Launch Event
The event took place on 28th January and we presented the website explaining all the features and functionality of the website. The audience was amazed when we asked them to open the website on their mobile phones and create their profiles. The responsiveness of the website was flawless and the Google Cloud Hosting was easily able to manage the high amount of traffic.
